Our Values
In October 2020 our team was surveyed to:
- Find out what they personally valued
- How they saw us from a variety of perspectives
- What they wanted us to be renowned for and aspire to
These responses were used to develop the values we share today. The feedback was compiled and reviewed by the owners and managers. It was then used to establish our mission and story, develop our new identity as Venn with the most common responses becoming our shared values.
Venn is a business that is fun, caring and unique whilst acting with integrity.
Our team cares deeply about our values. We aim not just to do them but aspire to live them.
